Did Lil Wayne really say he could kill newborn babies?

Courtesy of Dr. Boyce Watkins that radio host Charlamagne from 100.3 The Beat in Philiadelphia gave our campaign and efforts a quick shout out!!

Love for you to listen to his interview with Dr. Watkins as they delve deeper into the effects today’s music continues to have on today’s generation, and what can do as a community to reshape it!

*Please note: while we most certainly appreciate Charlamagne’s support,  please remember that this is NOT to degrade Lil Wayne, Young Money, or any other artist or celebrity.

Lil Wayne is our brother who is a dynamic young man with a talent that is unquestionable. But his message (through this song) is indeed questionable and is deserving of our disapproval.

Let’s use this to take an examination of ourselves and the music we’ve allowed this industry to provide to our children. Our goal is not just to focus on who is behind the supply.

But rather those of us who are behind the demand.

Check out the website IAMNOTEVERYGIRL.com, an online campaign to remove Lil Wayne's song from radio airplay.
